Great News Indiana! Pardon my tardiness in learning of this information and hopefully this will help us to Build this Assembly! Thank you on St. Joseph County for sending an email to me earlier today that addressed Article 1679 – Good News For Colored People and that Indiana would not need to hold the vote to bring forward from 1861 changes that we live with today.
