20250405: Correction

Great News Indiana!

Pardon my tardiness in learning of this information and hopefully this will help us to Build this Assembly!

Thank you on St. Joseph County for sending an email to me earlier today that addressed Article 1679 – Good News For Colored People and that Indiana would not need to hold the vote to bring forward from 1861 changes that we live with today. In 1861, people of color and women did not participate in the governance process.

***See Step Four on Page 16 of The Jural Assembly Handbook that explains this and that is what I and the Assembly have been following. See https://states.americanstatenationals.org/educational-information-2/#handbooks

Because our St. Joe National was able to provide the Article number, this gave me direction to be able to connect directly with the Federation to get confirmation. As State coordinator, I am directed by the Federation for the Assembly process, and therefore it was necessary to get that verification first.

Thankfully, I was given the confirmation from the Federation that we do NOT need to make that first vote and we can move forward with Everyone being able to Step Up and Volunteer to support the Assembly…

I will present this correction on the April 6th, 2025 General Assembly call and make the correction on May’s News Letter.

Join us for this month’s General Assembly call at 7pm Central | 8pm Eastern and start Participating! Call Details at https://athomeonindiana.org/general-assembly

No need to Wait Any Longer!

Status correction process is still required that includes presentment to the Assembly of the Cancellation Notices for Committee and Elected or Appointed Roles.

Time to Step Up!

In Love and Peace to you all,
