Committees – Where the work of governance gets done!

We are Corporate, not incorporated, because we gather together to work togather!

*Meet at least once per month, some will need to meet weekly until firmly grasped the needs.

* Non-Voting Members for those not always participating.

* Voting Members for those that actively participating on a regular basis-consistant attendance.

* Minimum Requirements –
– ASN Status: 2 Witness Testimonies, 1779 Declaration, Declaration of Political Status-with cover letter and proof of mailing, Cancellation of Voter Registration, Cancellation of TAXES to IRS-DC and IRS-NY, Military Retirement-if applicable, Cancellation of LICENCES-BAR, Real Estate, Insurance, MD, RN, No LLC or other type of corporation
– Committee Chair: Does not set the business, follows what the people and Committee bring forward, speaks on behalf of the committee. ASN Status, 928s, Vetting that will include an interview with the Vetting Committee, and may require a Background Check depending on the Committee.

Subcommittees

General Education Committee – produces educational materials and programs for the General Membership and Public

New Member Orientation Committee – provides support and educational guidance for New Members to overcome prior indoctrination and fear and dependency issues.

Events Committee – plans and executes events, meetings, and elections set up.

Records Committee – assists and oversees Recording Secretaries.

Banking and Treasury Committee – assists and oversees Treasury functions.

Oversight Committee – provides general oversight and forum for complaints.
