Note: Everyone that presents has the Choice of Declaring as a State National or a State Citizen, but you cannot serve in both capacities at the same time. You have the Choice to Serve within the Assembly in some way, with the additional training and/or follow to learn from and start to use the processes for Americans. You may choose Citizen, but cannot Act as a State Citizen without presenting the Full Armor paperwork listed below and is implied to Serve within the State Assembly in some form or fashion, including the additional training.
Additional Training Great for your personal Knowledge and Required to Actively Serve in some form or fashion within the Assembly:
- Federation: Sign In America Study Course – Small Fee Jurisdiction and Enforcement
- State Assembly: New General Member Orientation – Free, may Gift, not required Brief overview of History, Paperwork, Jurisdictions, and about the Assembly
- Fast Track:
- 2 Witness Testimonies, and
- Declaration of Naturalization of 1779, either American born or Immigrant-Naturalized, Green Card, 7-years Undocumented (must present 7 years of living on American Land), and
- Declaration of Political Status, including cover letters to US Sec. of St. and US Asst. Sec. of Consular Affairs, and
- Common Carry Declaration, and
- Fee Schedule, and
- Letter – Revocation of Election to Pay Taxes to IRS-DC, and
- Letter – Revocation of Election to Pay Taxes to IRS-NY, and
- Military Severance Cover Letter Only – blank DD2168 provided for you to complete from DD214, if applicable (if currently active duty, or in service in some form, this has to wait until ‘Time-Served’), and
- Baby Deeds will be prepared as well, for children and/or grandchildren – Birth Certificates presented for all children under the lawful age of 21.
- Full Armor:
- 2 Witness Testimonies, and
- Declaration of Naturalization of 1779, either American born or Immigrant-Naturalized, Green Card, 7-years Undocumented (must present 7 years of living on American Land), and
- Complete 928 Bundle, and
- Deed of Re/Conveyance – ReConveyance for American born or Conveyance for born on another Land
- Certificate of Assumed Name
- Act of Expatriation
- Cancellation of All Prior Powers of Attorney
- Paramount Claim of Life Estate
- Declaration of Political Status, with cover letters to US Sec. of St. and US Asst. Sec. of Consular Affairs, and
- Common Carry Declaration, and
- Fee Schedule, and
- Letter – Revocation of Election to Pay Taxes to IRS-DC, and
- Letter – Revocation of Election to Pay Taxes to IRS-NY, and
- Military Severance Cover Letter Only – blank DD2168 provided for you to complete from DD214, if applicable (if currently active duty, or in service in some form, this has to wait until ‘Time-Served’), and

Part 2 – Service Choices:
- Recording – also known as witnessing of the autograph on the paperwork, by Only 1:
- Assembly recording secretary and International Notarial Witness, or
- State of State Public Notary – regular Notary, Notary block is already prepared to protect both you and the Public Notary, no need for altering of Notary block, and no need to add an additional Notary page.
- Publishing – all witnessed paperwork is Published Publicly to the L.R.O. – Land Recording Office© for The Indiana Assembly©, provided by The American States Assembly©. Note: B.C., and any supporting documents are not viewable to the Public, but viewable within your login member area.
- ASN Credentials – plastic Photo Land Travel card reflecting your Nationality details and links on back to all documents publicly viewable on the L.R.O.
