Your First Action Steps: All Steps are Required.

  1. First Things First – Establishing communications Click here to sign up for emails. Emails will begin to support you through your Status Correction process, smoothly and efficiently. Opportunities to meet Indianans in the flesh, and remotely, are available through Community Outreach Events, Community Trainings, Monthly Community Town Halls, Quarterly State Assembly meetings, and other communications from the Assembly. To ensure that you receive emails from the L.R.O.-Land Recording Office and The Indiana Assembly you will need to complete the following steps: Whitelist the following domains before moving forward: this will be within Your email provider settings: @mail.americanstatenationals.net; @mail.americanstatenationals.us; @TheIndianaAssembly.org; @AtHomeOnIndiana.org. You will want to get into a regular habit of checking SPAM/Junk/Promotions folder(s) within your email service as many email providers are censoring people’s emails. Some email providers have been none to NOT deliver emails if You haven’t ‘informed/told’ your service, through the process above, that you Want to receive the emails. If you find emails within the SPAM folder, you will need to click ‘REPORT NOT SPAM.’ This will move the email to your Inbox. Then go to your Inbox folder and open the mail to access the information and link details.
  2. Each member will need their own record account, as there are no ‘Family’ recordings, at least at this time. Each can create their own account at https://members.americanstatenationals.us/index.php/lro-req-acct/. Use the following information in creating your account: State Recorder’s Email: records @ TheIndianaAssembly.org and State Coordinator’s Email: statecoord @ TheIndianaAssembly.org. Create a password, write it down where it is safe, and then Save.

3. Email the following items to your Indiana Assembly Recording Secretary- records @ TheIndianaAssembly.org

  • Birth Certificate, and/or supporting documentation
  • Current Photo ID/DL with Name coming in and Indiana Home address Note: The US Passport does Not meet the requirement.
  • Current utility bill or rent/lease/mortgage in Name and Indiana Home address coming in
  • Anything else you may have ready to present

4. Schedule to Meet with the State coordinator to support developing the Right Course for you https://athomeonindiana.org/book

5. Paperwork Options Available: Only need 1 – Does Not include Recording and Publishing

6. Pay for, and Schedule Witnessing, Recording, and Publishing at https://athomeonindiana.org/services

  • Document Preparation Service is not required, but the Federation approved templates are required for acceptance.
  • Most Document Preparation Services found at https://athomeonindiana.org/statuscorrection include the Recording & Publishing Fee and can go to https://athomeonindiana.org/book to schedule once you have received your documents.
  • If using a Public Notary, then No Recording Fee, but there is a 25 Publishing Fee.
  • If recorded with a COUNTY RECORDER, then No Recording, and No Publishing Fee.
