Welcome Home Indianan!
Your First Action Steps: All Steps are Required.
- First Things First – Establishing communications Many of the free email server systems, specifically Gmail, Yahoo, etc. are censoring the Assemblies. Add all Assembly related email addresses, @TheIndianaAssembly.org and @AtHomeOnIndiana.org, to your Contacts, and/or Whitelist the email addresses. Check your Spam/Junk/Promotions folders/tabs for ‘missing’ emails. 2/Two Way Communications Works Best when Both Sides Agree to Receive the Communications! To ensure that you receive all of the Assembly’s emails – Assembly Calls, Training, Information, Gathering Events, and the like – the Recipient, that’s You, have to actually be the one to have ‘Signed Up’ for the Email Newsletter And follow through with the Confirmation Process within Your Email Service Provider. Email Service Providers are Requiring the Recipient to Confirm Email Newsletters and Confirm that they are not to be considered SPAM or Junk. Therefore, once you complete the form after clicking the Button below, Go to your Emails. Start with your Inbox, if the email from Zoho for the Assembly is there, Great! Complete the Confirmation Process. If not in your Inbox, check the following: SPAM, JUNK, Promotions, and the like. Once you have found the email, Select either ‘Report Not Spam or Not Phishing,’ or find three small dots somewhere in the email header information that will open a small box of choices. Once this step is complete, you will go to your Inbox, Open the Email and follow the Link to Confirm. Will this be that proverbial ‘Fix-All?’ Hopefully, but Only if you actually Open the emails rather than just Preview, as the algorithms will think you no longer want the emails if you haven’t opened them in awhile. Then the email provider will push the emails back to Junk or SPAM. Complete to Receive Assembly Emails Here Emails will begin to support you through your Status Correction process, smoothly and efficiently. Opportunities to meet Indianans in the flesh, and remotely, are available through Community Outreach Events, Community Trainings, Monthly Community Town Halls, Quarterly State Assembly meetings, and other communications from the Assembly
