Our Assembly Mission Statement
Our Indiana Assembly is dedicated to the restoration of a complete and fully operational land and soil jurisdiction State and County court system serving the people of Indiana, the preservation of the National Trust, the enforcement of the Public Law, the upholding of the Federal Constitution owed to our State and People, the re-population of our land and soil jurisdiction, the filling of vacated Public Offices, and the reclamation of our material and intellectual public and private assets. To these ends we, the living people of Indiana, have called the eligible Indianan nationals and electors to assemble and to serve as Jurors and Officers, and we have established the process and procedure to qualify Jurors and others competent to hold State Citizenship and Public Office. We do this peacefully and without rancor in the exercise of our unincorporated powers and capacities.
Correcting Your Political Status
Our Federal Subcontractors forced their citizenship(s) on us as separate political statuses. They created false registrations for us as fictitious “persons” by fraudulently converting our birth certificates to Bonds (IOU’s) when we were newborn babies. As a result, we were misrepresented as Territorial U.S. Citizens and as Municipal “citizens of the United States” (both are fictions) without our awareness or consent.
The good news is that there is a way to correct your falsified status. You can walk away from their scam by properly declaring your political status using the American States Assembly 1779 and 928 processes. By declaring your proper birthright status, recording it, and joining your State Assembly, you are setting yourself apart as a man or woman on the land and soil, and accepting your public duty, which is to uphold the Constitution and the Public Law.
Fast Track – 1779 Naturalization Act
The 1779 Naturalization Act is a streamlined process for correcting your political status. It is referred to as the One Page Declaration or the “one-pager”. This “one-pager” actually requires three (3) documents (One Page Declaration and 2/Two Witness Testimonies) to be completed and a photo copy of your birth certificate. It’s a simplified process handled by our Records committee and recording secretaries. It is similar to how our Forefathers identified themselves as Americans back in the 1700’s.
Full Armor – The 928 Process
The 928 process is more sophisticated. It was named the “928 Process” because it is associated with article #928 on the www.annavonreitz.com website. The 928 method provides more protection.
It is strongly advised that you take your time and carefully complete all your documents. We will teach you what they mean as well as how you can use them, if and when you need them. Doing your due diligence while going through the 928 process will be more efficient and more cost-effective if you focus on getting the documents done correctly the first time. But don’t worry, our Assembly’s recording secretaries will walk you through the process step-by-step. Contact our Assembly in the form at the bottom of this page to get the process started.

The Most Common Positives of Status Correction
- You become the Priority Creditor not the debtor.
- You can use The Global Family Bank, an international bi-lateral banking system where you can finally access your own credit bypassing the commercial banks who have been stealing it from you every time you get “credit” from the banks.
- You will no longer have to pay ANY payroll withholding income taxes (federal, state, local and FICA).
- You are fully protected by the original Bill of Rights.
- You can copyright and own ALL variations of your name and charge for their use.
- You do not go into their no-win foreign, corporate court system with a complaint, you bring forth your Priority Creditor claim.
- You are not governed under their ’80+ million’ foreign, corporate copyrighted laws, mandates, codes, executive orders, etc. but by the organic Public Law and American Common Law.
- You can actually OWN your land and home and pay no property taxes.
- You can claim all exemptions and remedies owed to you for the forced use of federal reserve notes or fiat currency commonly called “the US dollar.”
Correcting your political status is a life-changing decision. Comb through the information on this website thoroughly. Start at the beginning with the Home page. This information will help you to start learning about each political status and the associated responsibilities. If you have questions that did not get answered here, you may fill out the form above to send your questions and intentions regarding “Declaring Your Status as an American State National” to our Assembly Records committee and you will be promptly contacted.
The following steps and tips will help you get started on correcting your political status from being an:
- incorporated U.S. Citizen or citizen of the United States to an…
- unincorporated ‘self-governing’ American State National and/or an…
- unincorporated ‘self-governing’ American State Citizen.
What do we then call ourselves,… an Indianan.
U.S. citizens by the True Definition Are Not State Nationals
Not all U.S. Citizens (Territorial) or citizens of the United States (MUNICIPAL) are illegitimately misidentified. If you answer “Yes” to any of the questions below, you have adopted the capacity of a U.S. Territorial or MUNICIPAL citizen by definition, not a State National. It is possible to hold dual citizenship in specific cases or expatriate. Our Assembly Recording Secretaries can advise you on your specific circumstances.
- Do you live on the 10 square miles of Washington, DC?
- Do you live on American Samoa, Guam or America Virgin Islands?
- Do you work for the Federal government?
- Are you in a federal, state or local political office?
- Have you been granted political asylum?
- Are you a welfare recipient?
- Are you classified as a franchise/dependent of the federal government or ward of the State of Ohio?
We have historically been taught that this political status is established by birth based on the 14th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution added in 1868. This is not correct for reasons explained in this article. All forms of slavery, including chattel slavery and commercial slavery, which is what the 14th Amendment accomplished, has been abolished within the States by the organic States in the International Peace Proclamation and Grand Peace Treaty. You must understand that this capacity of citizenship is not by birthright but conferred or “presumed” upon someone who acts in these capacities. Read the differences between the status of these types of United States citizens and an American State National below:
U.S .Citizen or citizen of the United States
- Civil rights (privileges) granted by the federal government
- Classified as a franchise/dependent of the federal government
- Subject to tens of thousands of private copyrighted, corporate statutes and codes
- Required to pay federal income taxes as a federal government charted or franchise corporation
American State National
- Natural, unalienable rights endowed by our Creator
- Self-governing man or woman born on the Land and Soil of one of the states of the Union
- Afforded American common law that is guaranteed by the Constitution and not subject to corporate statutes and codes
- Does not pay federal income taxes unless actually a government employee
As an Indianan, you deserve protections, explanations, and remedies that have been undisclosed for generations. Fortunately, many historians and researchers have spent countless hours researching the intended governmental structure set up by our Founders, and the actual history of this country from the conclusion of the Civil War to the present. If you were born in this Country, your birth was registered by the State where you were born through a Birth Certificate. This registration was fraudulent and undisclosed. It converted you from your natural birthright status as an American to a “U.S. Citizen” or “citizen of the United States.” To “register” anything, means to transfer the ownership to it in partial or completely. This was done illegally and unlawfully.
You may think …. WHAT CAN I DO IT ABOUT IT NOW!?
Well, this “unlawful conversion” changed everything about your status and standing in the law. Instead of being a living being on the Land, you were converted to a “person” which is a created legal fiction by the private copyrighted statutes relegating you to a lost vessel in the jurisdiction of the Sea.
So what can you do about it now?… You can declare your rightful status as an American to return to the Land and Soil Jurisdiction . Then join The Indiana Assembly unincorporated and help in the reconstruction of our lawful government.
In What Capacity Can You Join Us?
You have the birthright to declare your political status as an American State National or an American State Citizen.
American State National
An American State National owes no duty to anyone but to keep the peace. A State National may participate in general assembly meetings to help reconstruct the Indiana de jure government and vote on domestic (in-state) policy only. They can choose to hold an elected office within the State Assembly if they can qualify.
American State Citizen
An American State National who is elected to hold an office within the State Assembly becomes an American State Citizen. A State Citizen may participate in both general and executive assembly meetings, and vote on both domestic (in-state) and international (out-of-state) policy.
Any National may choose to vie for an open elected position or office to serve a Citizen at any time. However, it is your right to choose never to be be involved in the State Assembly at all. You have the right to be left alone and your only duty then is to uphold the peace. That’s the power of being self-governing.
