Many of the free email server systems, specifically Gmail, Yahoo, etc. are censoring the Assemblies. Add all Assembly and Federation related email addresses to your Contacts, and/or Whitelist the email addresses. Check your Spam/Junk/Promotions folders/tabs regularly for ‘missing’ emails. Moreover, keep your Inbox in order-delete what you no longer need.

Some e-mail programs allow you to designate your friends, opt-in newsletters, and studies in a “good list” so they don’t get dumped into the Bulk Mail category or filtered out by the spam filters.

Gmail	Add to your Gmail Contacts list. At the left of the page select Contacts > Add Contact. Add our e-mail address and save.
Outlook.com	Add us to your Safe Senders list. On your Outlook.com page, go to the ‘gear’ logo in the top right corner. Select ‘Options’  On the next page, select ‘Safe and Blocked Senders.’ Under Safe Senders, insert our domain theindianaassembly.org and athomeonindiana.org, then click ‘Add to list.’ Do the same for all the domains listed above. updated October 30, 2025
AOL	At the top right corner of your AOL e-mail page, click on ‘Options.’ On the next page, click on ‘Filters and Alerts’ on the left menu. On the next page click on ‘Create Filter.’ Name the new filter ‘TheIndianaAssembly‘ and in the From: field enter ‘re*****@****************ly.org‘ which is our sending e-mail address. Leave the other fields blank. At the bottom under ‘Move to folder,’ select ‘New Folder,’ then name that folder ‘TheIndianaAssembly‘ and click ‘Create.’ Now our e-mails will go into your new TheIndianaAssembly folder. Cloudmark Desktop	Smartlist. Click on the Cloudmark icon in your Outlook toolbar. Select “Options” on the menu. Select the “Smartlist” tab. Click the “Add” button. Then type our e-mail address in and click the “OK” button.
Earthlink	Click on the Address Book. Then click the Add button and enter our e-mail address and save.
HotMail and MSN	Same as Outlook.com above. updated October 30, 2025
Outlook (Microsoft Office software)	For Outlook 2003, go to: Tools > Options > Preferences > Junk E-mail > Safe Senders. Then add our e-mail address and click OK. For Outlook 2007, go to: Actions > Junk E-Mail > Junk E-Mail Options > Safe Senders. Then add our e-mail address and click OK.
Yahoo! Mail	Add to your address book. If you find our e-mail in your Spam folder, open the message and click on the “Not Spam” link at the top of the page. After that it should come to your Inbox. updated October 30, 2025
Other email programs and spam filters	If you have a different program than one listed above, be diligent to find how you can whitelist or add our e-mail address so that it won’t be marked as spam. If you don’t know how, ask your Internet Service Provider or look on their website for instructions.
