Platinum Package-National

Description

After Processing Payment: Scroll down to Complete the following Doc Prep Intake Form in order to prepare Status Correction paperwork for your choice as an Indiana State National. May need to Check a Box to give you access to Zoho Forms.

This Platinum Package will be sent to you Electronically and Printed. Includes Recording, Publishing, and Credentials Fees. See additional packages for electronic-only, as well as additional services.

An Assembly recording secretary will prepare:

• Indiana State National:
  • Declaration of Naturalization of 1779, either American born or Immigrant-Naturalized, Green Card, 7-years Undocumented (must present 7 years of living on American Land), and
  • Declaration of Political Status, with cover letters to US Sec. of St. and US Asst. Sec. of Consular Affairs, and
  • Common Carry Declaration, and
  • Fee Schedule, and
  • Letter – Revocation of Election to Pay Taxes to IRS-DC, and
  • Letter – Revocation of Election to Pay Taxes to IRS-NY, and
  • Military Severance Cover Letter Only – blank DD2168 provided for you to complete from DD214, if applicable (if currently active duty, or in service in some form, this has to wait until ‘Time-Served’), and
  • Baby Deeds will be prepared as well, for children and/or grandchildren – Birth Certificates presented for all children under the lawful age of 21.

Once documents are prepared, an email will be sent with your prepared documents.

Included Recording Fee: After receiving your prepared documents, schedule with an Assembly recording secretary to witness you autographing your paperwork, via Zoom remote video call.

Included Publishing Fee: After meeting with an Assembly recording secretary to witness you autograph your paperwork, you will then Mail the autographed and thumb-printed documents to the Assembly recording secretary to complete the recording process and then Publish to your L.R.O. member record.

Included Credentials Fee: plastic Photo Land Travel card reflecting your Nationality details and links on back to all documents publicly viewable on the L.R.O.
