20241118: TIA General Assembly

Please Note: Rescheduled to December 2nd, 2024 at 6pm Central.

Reminder – John, State coordinator on Maryland
Here is the reservation of rights that I stated when the deputy sheriff asked me for my license and registration:
Whoever uses this needs to memorize it so they can state it comfortably.

“Under advice of counsel, I’m reserving my right not to be compelled to perform under any contract that I did not enter knowingly, willingly, under terms of full disclosure with my signature in wet ink. Furthermore, I do not accept the liability associated with the compelled benefit of any unrevealed adhesion contract. I have also been advised by counsel not answer any questions.”

I tell everyone in the Assembly to remain calm when approached by the police, treat them with respect and do not show any fear – and  even though we are not subject to their color of law, do not argue that point, do not claim to be an ASN and do not argue jurisdiction –  its not the time or place to do that. The side of the road is a dangerous place for an officer to be and he will not take any crap. So, do not be disrespectful or belligerent and do not give him any reason to take aggressive action against you.

If you are ordered to get out of your car… say – I do not consent to this, but I will cooperate under duress and against my will out of fear for my life, because you sir are armed with a deadly weapon. (This lets him know that he has no real authority over you except by force.)

If the officer refers to you as a “sovereign citizen” politely ask him if he knows what that means. I did this once at the graduation dinner for the recent IOTC Constitution Course taught by John Milligan (before I corrected his status). John asked me to address the graduates and discuss their options for what to do next. There was a State Trooper at the dinner as well. He and I got to sparing over traffic laws and he called me a sovereign citizen. I asked him to explain to me what that is. It was funny watching him stutter and stumble all over himself trying to formulate an answer, which he couldn’t do.

The Assembly is seeking 15 white men Fully Armored-includes presentment of Cancellations/Revocations to serve as the first to Elect to allow women and people of color to actively participate in the Assembly build. This does Not deter women and people of color from filling other supportive roles, such as recording secretary, outreach coordinator, general education coordinator and/or facilitator, pillar coordinator, social media support, and the like. Your Call to Action: First, don’t wait for someone to contact you! Email records@TheIndianaAssembly.org if you are a white man Fully Armored, or ready to present the remaining items, with the Assembly ready to serve to Elect to allow women and people of color to actively participate with building, even if you never choose to support the Assembly again.
