Hi Indiana Family,
Peace Be With You!
Through the years, many have connected with the Assembly stating that “I was born on Indiana and want to present Status Correction to The Indiana Assembly,” or “I live on my boat, with no Home, but I want to present my Status Correction to be left alone,” or “I wasn’t born here, and I am just staying with friends, but I don’t plan, or want, to stay here, but I still want to correct my status on Indiana.”
This is all US citizen/Citizen of the UNITED STATES mindset and not of Americans on the Land & Soil.
You are declaring Status and Standing through the paperwork process…hence, where are you Standing today, and not where you have been or just ‘passing through.’
Where you call ‘Home’ is a KEY FACTOR in where Status Correction is presented.
See from Anna Von Reitz’ directly:
- Article 2160. The Montana Questionhttp://annavonreitz.com/montanaquestion.pdf
- “Please note: you have to live and make your permanent home in the State where you claim your State Citizenship, but your State National status travels with you.”
- Article 2341. Invalid Signatures and Proof of Non-Consenthttp://annavonreitz.com/invalidsignatures.pdf
- “…so long as you can reasonably prove who you are and the provenance of your family as Americans or properly naturalized United States Citizens who have adopted the land and soil of an American State as your permanent home and domicile.”
- Article 2899. The Trouble in Utahhttp://annavonreitz.com/troubleinutah.pdf
- “All Americans living within the borders of any State can claim their birthright political status and adopt the State where they have been living for over a year as their permanent “house and home”. They are then eligible to join their State Assembly, and depending on their own situation, can choose to join as a State National or as a State Citizen.”
Moreover, the 1 Pager-Declaration of of the Naturalization Act of 1779, this is the document to be autographed for Declaring Status Correction – see declaration statement #7 https://tasa.americanstatenationals.org/correct-your-status/#docs
- “I declare, publish, and affirm under penalty of perjury under the Public Law of The United States of America and from without the United States and without the United States of America Territories, that my house is established in [Marion] County and my home is established in [Indiana] and no other presumption or impersonation is allowed;“
Note: This is the same requirement for all of The American States Assembly. If you are speaking to anyone that states that you don’t have to actually ‘Live’ on that State, then go back to https://tasa.americanstatenationals.org/ for clarity and then click ‘State Coordinators‘ in the top menu to connect directly with the State that you call Home today.
