Position: State Marshal at Arms

🔹 Position Overview:
The State Marshal at Arms plays a critical role in ensuring safety, order, and decorum at all Assembly meetings and events. This trusted position safeguards both the meeting spaces and the people involved.
Responsibilities include:
✅ Providing safety and security at Assembly meetings and events
✅ Training others to assist in protecting the Assembly and its members
✅ Safeguarding the Assembly flag and assisting in ballot security with the Elections Committee
✅ Leading and coordinating all County Marshals at Arms as part of a statewide team
✅ Working in collaboration with other Marshals, including Federation and Continental levels
🗳️ Elected Position:
This position is elected by the people of the State General Assembly.
County Marshals are elected by their respective counties.
📌 Eligibility Requirements:
✔️ Must be an American State Citizen
✔️ Complete the 928 documentation package
❌ No dual citizenships
❌ No licenses that create divided allegiances
🔍 Federation-level vetting required (includes at least one Continental Marshal)
📚 Skills & Requirements:
- Knowledge of public safety procedures
- Firearm competency
- Excellent communication and de-escalation skills
- Reliable transportation
