📝 Role Overview:
The State General Assembly Secretary plays a vital part in maintaining clear and accurate records for the Assembly. This position is responsible for taking minutes during General Assembly meetings and supporting the State Coordinator with various administrative tasks.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Record and maintain meeting minutes
✅ Assist the Coordinator with administrative duties
✅ Organize documents and manage Assembly communications
🗳️ Elected Role:
The Secretary is elected by the General Assembly.
📌 Eligibility Requirements:
✔️ Must be an American State Citizen
✔️ Complete the 928 documentation package
❌ No dual citizenships
❌ No licenses that create divided allegiances
🔍 Must be vetted by the State Vetting Committee
📚 Skills & Tools Needed:
💻 Computer & printer access
📝 Word processing software proficiency
📂 Strong organizational skills
